Real Estate agent recommendations for seniors downsizing / dementia

Hi All,

We are unfortunately in the midst of finding memory care for my FIL. His house in Fitchburg will need to be sold to pay for care and we are wondering if anyone has recommendations for real estate agents who have worked with clients in similar scenarios. The house is full of stuff and he is no longer able to understand most of what is going on financially and logistically.

Would appreciate any recommendations anyone has! We'll be dealing with this in the spring.
