Going to a couples resort with my ex—what should I expect?

I’m in a weird but manageable situation. I’m traveling to a Sandals resort with my ex for a wedding. We booked the trip when we were still together, but we recently broke up. We’re both really close with the bride, groom, and the rest of the group, so we decided to still go. We get along fine, and we’re sharing a room, but we’re not together.

For anyone who’s been to a Sandals: what should I expect in terms of “couples-focused” things so I’m not caught off guard? Are there romantic setups, activities, or situations we should try to avoid so it doesn’t get awkward? Any tips or heads-ups would be super appreciated.
