Breasts haven’t been sensitive?

Hi everyone, so I’m about 6 months on HRT now, and I’ve got like… no sensitivity? I’ve had slight intermittent pain, but only a few times. Other than that, there’s been zero sensitivity of any sort in that area outside of the normal, and I’m wondering: is that normal? Isn’t increased sensitivity and breast pain the sign they’re growing? I see some growth, but not as much as I’d expect at this stage, and I feel like things should be a lot farther along. Currently on 6 mg PO estradiol (4 morning, 2 night) with 50 mg. Spiro 2x daily and 100mg prog at night. Trough levels I last got were 106 and 40 for E and T, so IDK if I’m just panicking over nothing or what. Any advice?
