[Fully Lost] Lost Sonic and Tails Animation

Not sure if this is where I need to post this, so sorry if it turns out to not be the right subreddit.

Sometime between 2010-2014 I saw this animation on YouTube. It plays out like this: There’s a fight between someone and Sonic, Sonic goes Dark but essentially takes a bullet (for Tails?). The next scene plays out with Sonic bleeding out on the ground with Tails crying at his side, then it pans to either a hospital or a funeral where you see Sonic laying down in a bed/coffin while other Sonic characters are at his side crying. Now this is where it gets a little foggy for me, his ghost appears and tries to get Tails to notice him, he doesn’t at first but eventually does, they hug and cry and then the video ends, or at least that’s where my memory ends. I’m particularly interested in the song that played throughout the video, it was a Japanese but I still remember the tune, if I need to I can attach a video of me humming it.

I’m not skilled enough to search the whole internet for this video, I thought I had saved the song in my Spotify because a few years ago I did find it and added the song, but I’ve been through my entire 2,000 song list and it’s not there. I did some YouTube and google searching for keywords like. “Sonic died and haunts tails” and other variations of that to no luck.
