Hey Everyone

So, as I mentioned in my title, I am recently separated but it is kind of complicated. Feel free to ask any questions you want about my situation to determine if it is a big red flag for you or not. I was married for about 20 years so this whole putting myself out there thing is still pretty new to me.

I am looking for a lot of things at this point in time but I am pretty flexible about most of it. I would love to have someone that would be willing to reciprocate my feelings, I am somewhat starved for affection and have been for a long time so I would love to have someone to be romantic with and flirt with and share day to day details. I am somewhat of a hopeless romantic and love the idea of being able to give romantic gestures while having them be appreciated. I am looking for someone who makes it worth waking up every morning and who will write me sweet little notes. I am looking for someone who I can be flirty with but who also doesn’t mind having open and deep conversations. Due to the complexity of my situation, I am not looking to meet up right away or anything, but it would be something that could be nice at some point if things happen to progress that way. I do have a somewhat substantial libido so someone who can keep up with that would be like hitting the jackpot, but I also have many years of keeping it in check, so it isn’t as important as the personal connection. I am open to the idea of being just friends, or flirting buddies. I would enjoy sexting, or flirting, or just chatting. I would love to play games, both board and computer.

As for me I’ll start with physical characteristics. I am Male, about 6’4”, brown eyes, black hair the is curly when long but I generally keep it fairly short.  I have a bit of a dad bod but at my height I wear it fairly well (about 250-260ish lbs). I have no problem trading pics after chatting for a little bit. Now moving on to the less tangible stuff. I am a software engineer and love doing that. I like to code in my free time, everything from games to useful apps on my computer. I find it incredibly rewarding and is very enjoyable for me. I love board games, like a lot. I have a huge collection of them. They are predominantly hobby games, so think like Gloomhaven, Carcassonne , A Feast for Odin, etc. If you happen to play games like that then you get a ton of bonus points, even more if you live close enough that you can play.  I do some video gaming but not too much, when I do play, I like open world survival builder games (Ark, Satisfactory, No Man’s Sky, etc.). I love listening to audiobooks because I can listen and do other things at the same time so that is my favorite way to do books, I am pretty much always listening to one. I also have found that I quite enjoy cooking, my go-to cuisine is Mexican food. My favorite season is probably winter because I can always add more clothes to stay warm, there is only so much I can take off to cool down, but I also enjoy fall because that is soup season! I really like the rain and greenery, having recently moved to the east/central side of WA that is the thing I miss the most. I also enjoy joking around a lot, being flirty, and sexting, but as a gentleman I am capable of keeping it in my pants for a whole 20 min into any conversation.
