do dog groomers hate my dog because he barks non stop while in the crate?

Basically the title. My dog is crate trained at home and will not bark while in his kennel. However at the groomers he will bark nonstop when in a crate and paw at the door to try and get out. He has a very sweet demeanor and loves everyone, no aggressiveness towards people or dogs. I feel bad when we take him to get groomed that they say he barks the whole time and we hear him when we pick him up. Can any groomers weigh in on their thoughts?
