BDD claims + Palace Front to National Guard

Hey everyone, I’m separating from active duty soon and doing a Palace Front transfer into the Air National Guard. My Guard position is already secured and I’ve already been medically cleared on the Guard side.

I want to submit a BDD (Benefits Delivery at Discharge) claim, including some mental health issues. My worry is: if I file a BDD claim for mental health, could that affect my already-approved National Guard enlistment/medical clearance?

Like I said, I’m already cleared and slotted, but I don’t want anything to cause issues right before I transition.

Has anyone been through this? Should I submit everything in BDD, or wait until after I swear into the Guard?
