How a Left-Wing Online Group Ended Up Stalking Me — Episode 008
When I made the second shoe sale to her, we used courier shipping instead of a door-handle pickup. And in Korea, that means something important:
Shipping = phone number required.
What most people don’t know is that different courier companies hide different parts of your phone number.
Some cover the first two digits. Others hide the last two. Some mask the middle.
But if someone is determined enough— they can piece together the full number by simply sending multiple shipments and checking which digits are visible each time.
And that’s exactly what she was doing.
In her stalking diary, she literally wrote instructions to herself about which courier revealed which digits and how many shipments it would take to reconstruct an entire phone number.
The level of calculation was insane.
And yes— I read the entire diary. Every twisted entry.
She was using Korea’s convenient “convenience store courier” system, which lets you ship items between convenience stores without revealing your home address. Super convenient… but when abused, honestly terrifying.
Because behind that anonymous shipping label was someone who had already mapped out my address, my phone number, and parts of my daily life.
To be continued in Episode 009.
