What did you think of Vikings? Here’s my experience after watching it

Hi everyone, I’ve just created a new Reddit account and thought my first post should be about Vikings, since I finished the series recently and wanted to share my experience — and hear yours too.

Honestly, the show hooked me from the very first season. I really enjoyed the mix of historical elements and drama, especially the way it portrays Viking life, their culture, and their conflicts. Ragnar’s character was definitely one of the highlights for me — his development, his choices, and his relationships were all written so well.

I did feel the quality shifts a bit between seasons, especially after some major events in the middle of the series. Some people say it gets weaker, others think it simply takes a different direction without losing its appeal.
