Puzzling error

Pc specs, Ryzen 7950x, rtx 5080, 64gb Corsair vengeance 6000mhz, 4tb nvme 2,1

Two identical pcs, one for me and one for wife.

Both connected to gportal server

Massive modlist which I have poured many hours testing, discussing possible issues with Devs like xevyr, orero, darg etc

For me game is flawless, outside of funcom jank, no errors

Mrs gets ue4 fatal error 1-2 times per day.

Normally I can solve this kinda problem but it makes no sense, her load order is identical to mine, her machine is identical to mine.

She did all basics, restart pc check drivers, verify integrity ........ You know all the usual

Any ideas here?
