Thoughts on the 10 Speed Tranny

I’m hoping to get some advice from y’all regarding these 10 speed transmissions. Currently driving a ‘22 Sierra 1500 and I can not wait to get rid of it. I want to buy a ‘19 F250 with the older 6 speed tranny because from what I understand ford and GM teamed up in designing the 10 speed tranny. What’s the general consensus on Fords variation of it?
