How to gain attribute points quickly?

i am little late to the game, I was waiting for it to go on sale. So I this is my first time playing cyberpunk ever

I think I may be a little too far in the game to go back and start doing side quests/looting/upgrading things and I think that's where I fcked up. I'm now too far in the game and I'm realizing I'm not modded up enough for certain thinks. Specifically my character.

Is there a way to reassign attribute points? I know the original version did not have this, just wondering. If not, what are the quickest ways to acquire attribute points?

Or any other suggestions are welcome.
