My roommates keep the heat on 73-75 and I cannot breath

My room has a vent that doesn’t close. The three of them live upstairs and I live downstairs. I don’t even get hot easily. But I have woken up every night for a week straight in the middle of the night because my rooms so hot I cannot breath. I end up sleeping on the couch. My heaters extremely string and theirs are quite weak but the heat that high is redic. It’s at the point where I go home and sleep at my moms house bc they’re cold and I’m unable to breath. Which sounds dramatic but I have sleep apnea and asthma, and this is just dangerous at this point. I’ve explained that I can’t breathe multiple times and it’s their way every night. I’m so frustrated I wanna fucking cry wtf do I do. I’m stuck in this lease. It’s just rlly annoying bc I can’t rip my skin off to cool down but they can put a blanket on.
