Don't want to get charged in 2027

So I just got surprise charged for 2026. I started in Jan 2025 so I expected to get charged in Jan of 2026, not November of 25. I want to continue for another year, so it's fine, just not what I expected. Anyway, I turned off autorenewel to advise getting a charge in 2027(meds arrive tomorrow and refill in May) and now the app says i have no subscriptions and my option to contact customer service is gone. Anyone know if I'm going to get my meds in May if I keep auto renew off? I hit my goal weight (or plateaud anyway) so I wanted to stat on meds for another year before I try to go off them. The app is terrible which hasn't affected me until now!
