Good prayers/novenas to sell a property?

We've been trying to sell a townhouse for almost a year now, and we've said so many St. Joseph novenas that I've lost count.

Does anyone have suggestions for prayers or novenas that can help sell a property? (other than the classic St. Joseph novena)
