Women as providers, men as hobbyists

Men face discrimination in the workplace for hiring and promotions. Innocent men get in trouble due to false allegations. Given men's situation, the least women could do is step up to the role of provider. This would give men more time to pursue their hobbies. Men could make it big with their hobbies and even make advancements for humanity. Currently, men fund women’s lavish lifestyle more often than they fund women’s hobbies. What's in it for women? I thought they wanted high paying jobs and equal representation.
