Buff (hear me out)

With the other seriphims get an additional way to gain flames Maybe a buff could add flames when charging to 100% would be fair.. (We need stronger incentives to stay in the TA with Kizaru and kubonney around) I think that would be enough But if there is an additional maybe add statuses "inflicted" to that last trait). Or something more inventive if anyone has ideas/thoughts?
