Stuck Up OPD associates and TLs

My store can't be the only store that has stuck up, snobby kids in OPD can it? Practically every single one will push an 8ft ladder with someone at the top of it, just so they can go by where they could go through the sales floor for a brief 5-10 seconds to get back to their area. Then of course, the new hires are going to pick up this attitude because they're told it's okay and they can get away with it.
