Gaining some weight back while still on medication. Advice/motivation?

Female, 28. Potentially relevant background info: I’ve been on compounded glp1s since May of this year. I’m an emotional/compulsive eater. My starting weight was ~270. I started at semaglutide .25 for a month, then .4 for a month. Since July, I have been on .9. Last week I stopped sema and started tirzepatide. I was prescribed 6 mg of tirzepatide. I took 27 units instead of the 35 units I was prescribed because I was worried about side effects since had I read tirzepatide is stronger and wanted to try titrating up. For the past month or so, including this past first week of tirzepatide, my cravings have been out of control. I last weighed myself on Nov. 3 and was 236 lbs. I haven’t weighed myself since then because I was certain I had gained a few lbs back and was scared to know exactly how much, and I just looked at myself in the mirror and felt like my face fat is starting to come back. The sugar/carb/dairy cravings have just been unbelievable. My husband and I want to have a kid soon and that’s a big reason I even started this medication, since I’m so so overweight and also struggle with PCOS. I’m just feeling very low, so any tips/advice/motivation you can share for me to get back on track would be greatly appreciated.
