My first build. Please help

  1. I've already purchased the RAM at the noted price as suggested by a friend, so I won't be able to change that right now.
  2. I have a P2422h monitor form Dell. I'll be using that for now. Not looking at upgrading that immediately.
• PC purpose - Editing, productivity
• Purchase country - India
• Monitors needed ❌ nope
• Budget range: USD1700 or, INR150,000
• WiFi or wired connection - Wifi
• Size/noise constraints ❌ no constrains. ofcourse lower noise is preferred. but I dont mind some noise if there's significant price decrease, that makes it worth putting up with it for next couple of years.
• Color/lighting preferences ❌ preferred is no color, but its hard to find components without lights or anything. I'm okay with lights/no lights/colors, any as long as it works well and provided value for the money spent.
• Any other specific needs? ❌ Just want to check if I'm overlooking anything before ordering these.

Couple more things,

1. Local currency is INR. Added USD for general understanding.
2. I'll be using it for photo/video editing. Not just stitching clips together but with other layers as well. Apart from this, Ill be using it for general productivity. Not going to be using this for any gaming.
3. Powersupply is probably a little too much. But with my limited knowledge, I could only trust this one from the spreadsheet that rates SMPS + find the model on stores that deliver to my location
4. I spent a little extra on cabinet, smps and all because I felt rather confident with these components based on the reviews and information easily available online. I think I'm okay with the performance reduction that comes with choosing 5060 Ti 16Gb over 5070 in exchange for peace of mind that comes with the reliability of other components(based on the reviews I've gone through for each of them.)
5. For ssd, I couldn't find the version without heatsink in the stores that deliver to my place.
6. For cooler, I'm not sure if this is alright for the price or if I should look at AK400?
7. My budget was initially much lower. I was dumb and waited a little too long to understand what I was doing and walked straight into this price hike. I need this for work in next couple of weeks. So my final budget would be 1700$ or 150,000 INR.
