Stomach pain/strain after fall
24 hours ago I slept on ice and took a nasty fall down the stairs. I landed on my butt right where my tailbone is, but luckily it barely missed the tailbone. I have zero bruising, but the one thing that I noticed is I am having some stomach pain. It feels like a muscle strain more than anything. It’s on both sides of my stomach, including the lower abdomen. I figured I may have tensed up, but the fact that I landed on my butt makes me wonder why my stomach would hurt also? It’s the second day and I have no symptoms other than it feels like a strain. But I do worry that I could’ve damaged an organ. Is it safe to wait a few days before I get checked out IF I have symptoms? Like vomiting, nausea, etc. or should I get checked out right away? I’m worried if I do that it is a simple muscle strength. The doctor might be wondering why I even wasted their time if I’m not running a fever, etc.
