is there anything else this could be??

since january my left foot has had the ability to orgasm. it feels like my foot is in the early stage of falling asleep (cold, feels kinda weird) and an orgasm there at the same time. it lasts a couple of seconds. sometimes my right foot does it a little but it's significantly more prevalent in the left. i'm able to stimulate it kinda but not that much. it often randomly orgasms, i don't really care but i wonder if this could be something worth taking to a doctor

what i'm thinking is this is foot orgasm syndrome, i look it up and apparently it's pretty benign but i'm just wondering if there's anything else it could be just in case cause i know damn well this isn't normal
