All inclusive feeling vacation

I live in Tampa area and I’m looking for a resort in Florida that feels all inclusive even if it isn’t. Is there anywhere I can go that has multiple on site restaurants with good food, waiters at the pool and beach, etc. does a place like that exist without dropping tons of money?
