Is this grounds for a lawsuit?
I (15m) had root canal a while ago, but the dentist screwed it up and lost a tool deep inside my tooth it was past the curve so they would either have to do a surgery or remove it. I decided to just remove it since it was one of my back teeth on my left side. I was having the root canal because I had an infection in that tooth and that came back multiple times during the wait for a new appointment, we eventually got a new one which was a referral and then that dentist referred us to somebody else then that person referred is somebody else I think I saw two dentists before we got referred to the original dentist who messed up my tooth in the first place it’s been a year of having a hole in my tooth it eventually cracked after I accidentally ate on that side, eating a chip to the point where half of the tooth is basically disconnected from the other half and is only still in my mouth by the gum I can’t chew on that side at all otherwise I’m worried I’m gonna break my tooth. They did not put a real filler in there just a temporary one they said and that fell out now a bunch of gunk get stuck in my tooth and it hurts so would this be grounds for a lawsuit?
