Pretty much everyone is worse person in the books than in films, right?

They are generally more developed and more interesting obviously, but also generally meaner and more angry.

Not necessary by wide margin, often just because films omitted some random moments of them being angry or annoying. But is there anyone who is actively more evil in films?

I guess Lucius, he tries to attack Harry in CoS, starts by attacking the kids in OtP and generally doesn't really care about Draco. While in books his one redeeming quality is loving his family. Ron maybe? Mostly because films butchered his characters.

Everyone else? Movie Snape hates Harry and is annoyed at other kids. Book Snape actively goes out of his way to bully them. Movie Hermione swears at Ron and slightly scares him with the birds. Book Hermione directly attacks him. And keeps Rita in a jar for few weeks. Movie Luna is this whimsical lovely girl. Book Luna is rambling conspiracy theorist. Et cetera.
