Which winter puffer jacket to get (Levi’s or Frank and Oak)?

Hi I’m wondering which puffer jacket is worth getting out of the two that is recommended - Levi’s Rockridge short puffer or Frank and Oak Boreal puffer jacket? Therefore, the Levi’s has down filled and F&O is synthetic, but has graphene layer with other fabric properties whatnot. Plus I’ve noticed that F&O one is surprisingly more expensive at $400 but sale is around $200, and Levi’s is around $200 but with sale is less.
