Leveling kitchen cabinets

I’ve been able to level all my cabinets but 2 for some reason they dip towards the wall and the legs in the back doesn’t raise the back it raises the entire cabinet. The wall has a tip horizontally and vertically. I’ve estimated it’s about 1/4 inch so I put in a 1/4 inch shim. It does improve but it doesn’t completely fix it and when I try to level the back of the legs and it continues to lift the entire cabinet. The floor also dips towards the wall. I’m completely lost.
