Sigfredo Garcia Probable Cause for Dan Markel's Murder
I decided to read through the probable cause affidavits for the four convicted co-defendents to get an idea of how much evidence the prosecution needs to indict Wendi Adelson.
Since Sigfredo was the first arrested and convicted, I started with him. What I like about Sigfredo's PCA is it is SHORT, just 6 pages. It is brief, to the point, and reads like an outline of the State's case.
