Cause for concern when 3 new corporate executives are from the same large company?

2 SVPs(non finance) and one VP of FP&A are all from the same large corporation and all hired within periods of the last 4 months. We are large but they all came from Fortune 500 company (over double our revenue).

I’m an analyst in the finance org but a little worried. How often do you see this result in clearing house? And if it is not unusual, is it usually a manager or director here and there or have you seen entire teams get overhauled before?
