Volunteer gardening groups in Brisbane?

An elderly relative of mine in Brisbane has expressed the wish for someone to help with weeding. She gets home help already. Here in Sydney there's a group called Easy Care Gardening. Is there a similar group in Brisbane I can direct her to?
