We need a ruling on this trade before pitchforks come out

We need an official ruling on what went down. The commissioner is an interested party and Reddit will make the decision.

Team A: 1st place. Clinched playoff bye. (Commissioner) Team B: 10th of 12th place. Eliminated from playoffs.

I got a trade approved email alert this morning about the following trade:

Team A receives Jameson Williams Team B receives Jaydon Blue

It looked wildly off to me so I texted the group and chaos has ensued.

Both teams have now stated (with screenshot proof) that this was a Player to be Named Later situation that added to the below trade from week 11:

Team A received Jahmyr Gibbs and Tyler Warren Team B received Rico Dowdle, Bijan, and Rome Odunze

So off the books, they agreed that Team A would also receive Juauan Jennings or Jameson Williams in exchange for any player on their roster.

Is this fair? Save our league from crumbling.
