Was in a roach infested apartment for 2 hours. Should I worry about bringing them until my place?

So I was at a friend's apartment for about 2 hours tonight. I saw a roach in his sink. He said he's seen two of them in the past few weeks; the other was in the toilet. So they are probably coming from downstairs. I immediately walked home. When I got home, I stripped down, checked my clothes and my backpack for roaches and saw none, put all my clothes in my backpack, and put it on my porch to sit overnight (it's gonna be below freezing all night so hopefully that kills any trace of them I missed any.)

I know I've done all the right things and I'll more than likely be okay but is there anything else I can do for peace of mind?
