Performance evaluation for Army to Navy OCS.

Hello everyone,

I'm prior enlisted Army. I served from 2014-2018 and got out as an E-4 Specialist. I'm trying to enlist into the Navy and go to OCS next year. My recruiter is saying I have to have my annual performance reviews from the Army to put in my packet and that it's required. My question is that the Army views Specialists as Jr Enlisted and not an NCO. Which means that they don't do those reviews for Jr Enlisted.

Is this a normal thing for prior enlisted going into the Navy or is there a work around? I know that the Navy views E-4s as NCOs so I'm not sure if that's the disconnect thats going on.
