Balancing problem

I’m on legend level 300, reached ng+11 with level 300 zones… And I still one shotting enemies enemies with any weapon even without gear stats, hell even by deleting all the legend points from the menu! That’s how bad the balancing is. I even one shot BOSSES when I do critical damage! Oh and another thing this is on brutal difficulty too. And btw finishers don’t work AT ALL, I tried using a lower level weapons, wacked a zombie for five minutes straight, NO FINISHER PROMPT. I hope that as soon as possible they will be able to fix all these problems other than that, good update.
