DELCONA = Lucky Harvey ?

Delcona, apparently a subsidiary of Burkhardt & Cie (German company that shuttered back in 1962), is clearly a marque that was purchased by a Chinese company specifically for purposes of Euro-washing products. They seem to have released a vintage chronograph in the past.

Clearly, their upcoming crowdfunded model is a cost-cut version of the Lucky Harvey Sounds of Nature watch, sans the big date complication, and sans the pushers for both the date wheel and the on/off of the chiming mechanism, decreasing complexity of the case. The bezel is slightly different, with a half-fluted design that is odd but isn't horrible. The entire case appears to be finished to less exacting standards than the Lucky Harvey, though it's near-identical.

Apparently, the updated Lucky Harvey now has an exhibition case back and uses a titanium bracelet, so there's a difference here. The dial is also updated to show off the chiming mechanism (resembling the CW Bel Canto a little more).

Dial-wise, the Delcona is clearly less complex, using a simple sunburst dial instead of guilloché. The dial isn't bad-looking per se, but interestingly it only has lumed hands and non-lumed applied indices. Text appears printed. The chiming mechanism has a cut-out window.

Looking at the comments section in the Kickstarter for the Delcona, it appears the brand is trying to obfuscate its connections with China. Why? It's so clearly obvious the entire watch is a simplified, low-cost version of the original Lucky Harvey model.
