Deleted progress on Xbox

So I was playing ROR2 earlier today, just unlocked Gesture of The Drowned, my last item i needed to have all of them, I take a break, come back, and for some reason Squid Polyp, and GoTD are both gone, along with my Huntress monsoon + Prime Meridan skins???? Does anyone know of this happening before? Why? Can I get these back without working for them again?
