Collared by Whitney

This is probably new content, I couldn't find it mentioned in the wiki. Whitney collared me with a collar that says, "Whitney's pet." Problem is, I need to be wearing my cowbell, for reasons. Is Whitney going to kick up much fuss if I have it taken off and resume my cowbell?
