Best way to set up ESPN consolation bracket/ladder to reflect playoffs

Wondering if there is a way to set up the consolation ladder/bracket similar to the playoff bracket on ESPN.

This is a 12man league with a punishment for last place. 6 teams make playoffs, 1 and 2 seed get byes.

How do I make it so 7 and 8 seeds get byes in the consolation? Or something similar to make it fair where 7 and 8 seed can avoid being eligible for last place.
