Leaving bedroom window open

I may be overthinking this lol but is it safe in the game to leave the bedroom window open? I'm thinking of doing that for wash entering and exiting but my mind goes back to chapter 1 of when Hussar flew in after I gave him permission and worrying if that could be used against me later on. I could be overthinking and being too worried 💀 but this is a pretty good detailed game with diff possibilities so what do I know :'
