Nine mortal ways outer discipline promotion - Elder Ni
I've seen people are somehow cannot find Elder Ni.
Heres what I know from my gathering.
Elder Ni is always here on the attached image. If for some reason he's not there, you might have started the rope dart skill steal quest but not completed it, finish that quest first and he should be back there.
If he's there but you cannot trigger or start the quest. you probably have not done the first two requisite quest. these are the 200 points in mischievousness, and then stealing 3 weapon martial art. If you have fulfilled both of these, you will get a quest that directs you to Elder Ni, it is impossible to miss him.

*I already learned all the weapon martial arts, what do I do?
=you can do the skill theft again and it will count even if you already know them.
*Whats the fastest way to finish the 200points quest thingy?
=play Madiao cards. you can find it through sect > status > clicking the quest, or thro wandering paths > casual coop > leisure madiao cards, tick cross-server matching, and then just spam bluff. Winning does not matter.
*How do you play Madiao cards?(only a brief overview)
=The first player sets what card to play, the 2nd and consecutive players set down cards that should match that card. players can challenge the last guy that placed down cards if they think they are bluffing and did not placed down the right card.
=you should never challenge nor should be challenge as you will earn no points in doing so. the speed run tactic and safest way to do this is to set down just one card at a time. Never use the golden cards, that's for winning and you don't need to win.
=each bluff regardless of how many cards you placed down would give you 5 points IF it was not challenged.
=for example, first player sets down two cards with number 9 on it. 2nd player has to place down a card with number 9 on it. 3rd players also has to place down a number 9. so on and so forth. this cycle only ends when one of the player was challenged. whoever wons the challenge becomes the 1st player.
Tip:
If you are planning to join the sect and want to compete for higher position than inner disciple, DO NOT sell stuff for commerce coins nor use the season's shop commerce coin chest just yet until you have been promoted to inner disciple.
