Advice on where to start

Trust I'm in the right subreddit :))

Quick introduction:

I am from Serbia, also have Croatian nationality (EU passport), 26F, very fluent in english, bachelor in psychology and masters in HR. Writing all of this in case it helps some of you get a better picture of me. I am tall 170cm, and weight 56kg (I really don't know if this is important, but since height is, I will just assume that weight is also?).

Worked at a big corrporation, under lots of stress and many hours under pressure for months (it was an event company, so every festival required doing a lot of work couple months prior, 15h-16h a day). Working in team, and working under stress and pressure were fine for me. I worked with many different people and personalities. Important part, my job was hospitality for all of the artists etc...

I got an idea to become a flight attendant. I loooooove traveling, and want to learn as many things as I can, doing this would be one of them.

Which company would you recommend, which one pays the most and respects their employees? Would you recommend this job and where do I start?
