How are my chances looking?

Hey guys, I’m a high school senior who applied early action to UNC Charlotte in mid-October with a wgpa of 3.1 and SAT of 1230, and my strongest EC is shadowing a neurologist. My major is biology (b.s) on a pre-med track. I haven’t received my decision from Charlotte yet, but all my friends got in. Is this basically a rejection?😢
