Does someone know how to make this mod works?? I tried everything.

I'm trying to use the climb mod to vault over high walls, but i can't make it work. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3389681224&searchtext=climb

Tried to move in load order, checked my chars conditions, started new saves, reinstall.... I was only able to make it work once on my first try, then it never worked again
