Simple Beginner Recipes

I just got a V60 in the mail today and I’m excited to give it a go. Any recipes or tips to share for pour over? I’d like to start simple and grow.

I feel good about my espresso pulls with a DF54 grinder set to 12. That and a 1:3 ratio works out great for my setup. I’m not sure what my dose, yield, ratio, and grind size should be for pour over though, and what process for pouring to use?
