What routine should be followed to heal/regenerate the mucous ?
Hello,
I am honestly confused by all the products available. I would like to heal my mucous membrane as best as possible and help it regenerate a little. I already have a lot of products, but reading here, I see that some of them are not recommended... I have:
- Isotonic saline solution (apparently it dries out the mucous membrane?)
- Rhinovita gel (vitamin A)
- Gelositin sesame oil (being oily, it may contribute to my bacteria)
- Hyaluronic acid spray
- Hyaluronic acid spray + aloe vera
- Homeoplasmine gel (Vaseline)
- Mupirocin gel (for infections)
Currently, I use: Morning: wash with isotonic dirty water + Mupirocin
Noon: Homeoplasmine
Evening: Mupirocin
I'm about to finish the Mupirocin and I'm not sure what routine to follow. From what I understand, Xylitol Salt water, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin A gel can be very good products for healing my mucosa? What routine should I follow?
