Anyone able to help?

so I was just tryna download cobblemon to my pc but I I keep getting in this error thing that says its open in “IMFCore.exe” whenever I try to move the file. it says I should close the file but idk what it is. it’s probably juste being stupid but if not anyone know how to fix this? or if I can’t?
