We finally fix REG & FTD tracking on Meta for casino offers. Anyone else having this issue?

A lot of affiliates are saying that Meta Ads don’t work for casino because REG and FTD never fire right in the Campaigns.

We had the same problem for long time. Meta and casino networks are like speaking a different language.

We were getting things like:

• REG fire but Meta don’t count
• FTD disappear
• Pixel and CAPI don’t match
• Event Match Quality drop
• Campaigns optimize with fake or no data
• Accounts get unstable

After testing everything possible, nothing fixes it fully.
So, we start build a small internal framework to handle the tracking issues.

The framework does a few simple steps:

1. take raw REG and FTD postbacks
2. clean the data
3. put the events in a structure Meta actually accept
4. send them stable through CAPI
5. keep pixel and CAPI in sync so Meta don’t freak out

After we use this, the results become totally different:

• REG tracking becomes stable
• FTD start show inside Ads Manager
• Optimization feel more real and faster
• Match quality goes higher
• Scaling becomes possible
• Accounts stop dying all the time

Honestly, it’s the first time Meta deal casino like a normal conversion campaign for us.

I’m just curious if anybody else here try build their own system or framework for casino tracking on Meta.

Are you still running blind with no FTD? Did you find a fix? Or you face the same issues and still searching?
