Difficulties to connect anywhere

Hello, I've the paid plan Proton VPN for about few weeks now, and some days I have difficulties to connect in any server. Fast server or specific country just load without ever managing to connect. Most of the time it works, but sometimes I can't do anything and that's quite annoying. Does anyone face the same issue ? Maybe there is some settings to know ? For information I'm on Android, I haven't that problem (or less) on my MacBook
