I require help in choosing a drawing tool.

For a while now, I've been wanting to buy some sort of drawing tablet. At first, I considered just a regular Apple Ipad Mini plus an apple pen. However, I recently watched a video talking about the X P Pen Artist 12 Display tablet and now I feel stuck. I was leaning more towards the Apple Ipad Mini since I was also planning to play a game on there that I don't have enough storage on my phone or computer, but I heard a lot of good things about the display tablet. Are there any recommendations or other things I should be considering? Please note I will likely not be able to answer questions you might ask.
