URGENT: Looking for Off-Campus Housing Winter - Spring Quarter 2026!

Hi everyone, my name is Aiden and I am a 21 year old transfer student who is transferring to SCAD as a fashion marketing / management major for the Winter 2026 quarter. I had arrangements to sublease a room from a friend of mine in Savannah from January until the end of the school year, but unfortunately she realized she needs to take more classes before she graduates and needs the room for herself. I'm looking for a room to sublease / sublet for the Winter and Spring quarters. My budget is around $850/month and would prefer somewhere within walking distance (<10min walk) to Forsyth and other SCAD buildings, but given the time between now and the beginning of the quarter I am very flexible so don't be afraid to reach out if you or someone you know has a room available, or any leads, anything helps!!
